Effects of Rhenium on Creep Rupture Life of a Single Crystal Superalloys

The slabs of a single crystal superalloy were poured with 2.2% Re, 3.2% Re and 4.2% Re and other element contents of the alloys were basically kept no changed. The effects of Re on the ultimate tensile strength, creep rupture life and rafting of a single crystal superalloy were studied. The results showed that with increasing Re content the ultimate tensile strength decreased but the plasticity increased at 649℃, and the creep rupture life remarkably increased while the plasticity decreased at 982℃/248.2 MPa, 1038℃/206.8 MPa and 1070℃/176.8 MPa for the alloy; on the microstructure aspect, with increasing the creep rupture life of the alloy the rafting was getting bigger and bigger at the same test condition, and the rafting suppressed creep and increased creep rupture life in this single crystal superalloy.

报道了钕对 (NH4)6[CrMo5LaO24H6]·16H2O气相渗制备MoN的方法及电性能研究.根据TG-DTA测试结果确定了稀土扩渗的温度为800℃,扩渗后的化合物经XRF分析测试表明,微量的Nd可渗入到杂多金属氧酸盐的体相,Nd的渗入量为0.1347%;对比扩渗前后化合物的XRD谱图发现,扩渗前后化合物的衍射峰有明显的不同,并证实生成新的化合物MoN.利用四电极直流法对扩渗前后样品的导电性能进行了测试,结果表明其导电性能发生了显著的变化,由渗前的5.875×10-8S·cm-1,提高到扩渗后1.030×102S·cm-1,提高了1.753×109倍.

Lao.5Sro.5MnO3薄膜的输运特性和光诱导效应

用磁控溅射方法制备了La0.5Sro 5MnO3薄膜,研究了薄膜的输运特性和光诱导效应.La0.5Sr0 5MnO3薄膜具有温度相变特征:低温为铁磁金属相,高温则为顺磁非导体相,相变温度420 K.为铁磁金属相时,光诱导效应导致薄膜的电阻增大,在360 K电阻变化相对值的最大值约为9.62%.根据双交换作用模型,激光导致顺磁非导体相小极化子的浓度增加,使电阻减小.

Effect of magnetic metal cluster doping on dielectric property of LaAlO3 thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition

The thin films of Ni-doped dielectric LaAlO3 (LAO) by a co-ablation of magnetic metal Ni and dielectric LAO on silicon-based substrates have been prepared by pulsed laser deposition. A significant enhancement of dielectric constant of LAO upon a Ni doping is observed. Furthermore, the dielectric modulation by applying a magnetic field to the samples is verified, obviously due to the ferromagnetism of Ni metal clusters embedded in the LAO thin films. A series of microstructural and dielectric characterizations on the as-prepared thin films has been performed and the mechanism underlying the dielectric enhancement upon the Ni doping is discussed. 利用微带谐振技术研究MgB2/Al2O3和YBa2Cu3O7-x/LaAlO3超导薄膜的微波性质

利用微带谐振技术研究了MgB2/A12O3和YBa2Cu3o7-X/LaAlO3(YBCO/LAO)超导薄膜的微波性质.一个颗粒尺寸模型被用来分析超导薄膜的穿透深度和表面电阻.结果表明,对于高质的YBCO/LAO,微波性质主要由颗粒决定.对于低质的MgB2/Al2O3,该薄膜的微波性质主要由颗粒边界决定.

STRUCTURE AND SURFACE STUDIES OF MgxZn1-xO FILMS GROWN BY PULSED LASER DEPOSITION

The structural and surface properties of high-quality epitaxial cubic MgxZn1-xO films deposited by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) were studied by X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy respectively. For films of about 500nm thick, scans over a 30μm × 30μm area revealed a surface roughness Ra of about 100nm. This relatively large surface roughness is primarily attributed to the particulate and outgrowth during the PLD process. A good epitaxial growth on LaAlO3 (LAO) (100) substrates, however has been obtained for composition x = 0.9, 0. 7 and 0.5 with the heteroepitaxial relationship of ( 100 ) MgxZn1-xO//(100)LAO (out-of-plane) and (011)MgxZn1-xO// (010)LAO (in-plane). These structural qualities suggest that cubic MgxZn1-xO alloys films have good potential in a variety of optoelectronic device applications.

MOD法在La0.47Sr0.53TiO3/LaAlO3上沉积YBa2Cu3O7-σ超导层的研究

实验通过无氟的金属有机物液相沉积法在单晶LaAlO3(LAO)基底上生长La1-xSrxTiO3缓冲层,之后在其上生长YBa2Cu3O7-σ(YBCO)超导层,这种制备方法与真空沉积法和三氟乙酸金属有机物沉积法相比,具有成本低、效率高和环境友好等优点,对YBCO涂层导体的实际应用更具有研究价值.X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,在LAO基底上生成了纯净的La1-xSrxTiO3膜,在La1-xSrxTiO3/LAO结构上生成了单相的YBCO膜,构成两种膜的晶粒均具有沿垂直于基底表面的c轴方向择优生长;通过半定量的能谱分析(EDS)确定缓冲层La1-xSrxTiO3为La0.47Sr0.53TiO3相,表明部分La元素挥发;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明在LAO基底上生成的La0.47Sr0.53TiO3膜平整光滑;在La0.47Sr0.53TiO3/LAO结构上生长的YBCO成膜颗粒聚集成片状,相互叠加生长,形成平行于基底表面的超导层.

La0.7Ca0.3MnO3薄膜微观结构的HRTEM表征

利用透射电子显微镜研究了衬底温度600~800℃条件下采用脉冲激光法在(001)LaAlO3(LAO)衬底上制备的La0.7Ca0.3MnO3(LCMO)薄膜的微观结构。结果表明薄膜由大量柱状晶组成且与LAO衬底形成良好外延关系。LCMO薄膜与LAO衬底的取向关系可以描述为:(ⅰ)(100)f∥(001)s、[011]f∥[100]s;(ⅱ)(011)f∥(001)s、[100]f∥[100]s。LCMO显示层状畴结构,即在衬底上初始生长的薄膜为(ⅱ)型畴,在此之上生长的薄膜为(ⅰ)类和(ⅱ)类型畴的混合体。薄膜中可观察到一些反向畴与孪晶等缺陷。薄膜与衬底界面少见错配位错,薄膜以Stranski-Krastanov模式生长。

铁磁(La(0.7)Ca(0.3)MnO3)/高温超导(YBa2Cu3O7)双层薄膜微结构的高分辨电镜研究

采用脉冲激光沉积法在LaAlO3(LAO)衬底上生长了YBa2Cu3O7/La0.7Ca0.3MnO3(YBCO/LC-MO)和La0.7Ca0.3MnO3/YBa2Cu3O7(LCMO/YBCO)两种外延薄膜,利用高分辨电子显微镜研究了其微观结构。在YBCO/LCMO/LAO薄膜中,LCMO以层-岛模式生长,并形成层状取向畴结构。YBCO层均由c轴取向晶粒组成,其中含有c/3平移畴界、额外CuO层及Y2O3第二相等缺陷结构。在LCMO/YBCO/LAO薄膜中,LAO衬底上初始生长的YBCO为c轴取向,至一定厚度(几个纳米)转为c与a轴混合生长。LCMO层在YBCO上外延生长并具有[100]m与[011]m混合取向畴结构。在LCMO/YBCO界面未观察到失配位错,因此二者界面属应变型界面。
