The magnetic properties of Fe72.5Cu1Nb2V2Si13.5B9 alloy are investigated from an amorphous to a nanocrystalline and complete crystalline state. The sample annealed at 550℃ for 0.5 h shows a homogeneous nanocrystalline structure and presents excellent soft magnetic properties. When the specimens were annealed at a temperature above 600℃, the magnetic properties are obviously deteriorated because the grain size grows up, exceeding the exchange length.

应用Ba蒸气平衡法,在密封Mo反应室内,用自制的TiN和BaS坩埚,进行了纯Fe液中Ba—O,Ba—S,Ba—P平衡的研究。得到反应:BaO_(s)=[Ba]+[O]的标准自由能ΔG°_(wt-%)=188500+38.3T J/mol,e_O~(Ba)=624-1.25×10~6/TBaS_(S)=[Ba]+[S]的标准自由能ΔG°_(wt-%)=469100-111T J/mol,e_S~(Ba)=826-1.64×10~6/T1873K下,反应Ba_3P_2=3[Ba]+2[P]的K_(Ba_3P_2)=7.76×10~(-18),e_(Ba)~P=0.95,ΔG°_(wt-%)=613200 J/mol。

Surface Review and Letters
Adsorption and diffusion of a Ba adatom on a reconstructed Si(001) surface were studied using first principles density functional calculation. It was found that the lowest energetic configuration is that the Ba atom resides at the T3' (which is displaced along the [(1) over bar 10] direction from the T3 site by similar to 0.26 angstrom). An anisotropic diffusivity of Ba on the reconstructed surface was found. The preferred direction of diffusion was the trough between Si dimer rows.

采用气-固相搅拌式方法,氯气作为引发剂,在加热的情况下合成了聚氯乙烯(PVC)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)的氯化原位接枝共聚产物(CPVC-g-BA).用IR、1H-RNM等分析手段研究了PVC氯化原位接枝BA反应的可行性,以GPC等数据讨论了接枝共聚物的结构,并考察了反应温度、反应时间、单体用量对产物接枝率的影响:当加入20份BA,反应温度为120℃时,反应100min,接枝率达1.07%.

采用磁控溅射法在Si(111)衬底上沉积了Ba单层膜,研究了退火温度对Ba-Si化合物生成的影响.X射线衍射表明,在真空中退火12h后出现了Ba3Si4(202)和Ba3Si4(221)衍射峰,表现出择优取向,700℃是理想的退火温度.采用第一性原理对Ba3Si4的能带结构和态密度进行了计算,结果表明它是一种金属,价带主要是由Si的3s、3p及Ba的5p、6s态电子构成,导带主要由Ba的5d及Si的3p态电子构成.

The crystal structure and superconducting properties of RuSr(2-x)Ba(x)GdCu(2)O(8) (0less than or equal toxless than or equal to0.1) have been investigated. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) patterns show that the solid solution range is 0less than or equal toxless than or equal to0.1. The superconducting transition temperature was raised up to 35 K (zero) and 62 K (onset) for x=0.07, from 16 K (zero) and 45 K (onset) for x=0.0, and then T(C) decreases with x when x>0.07. Rietveld refinement for XRD data of RuSr(2-x)Ba(x)GdCu(2)O(8) show that the apical Cu-O(1) bond length increases with an increase of x, while the Ru-O(1) bond length decreases, This may account for the enhancement of the superconducting transition temperature.
