THE FORMABILITY OF COMPLEX FLOURIDE COMPOUNDS

The formability of complex flourides has been studied by chemical bond parameter-pattern recognition method. In a multi-dimensional space spanned by ionic radius, ionic polarizability, electronegativity and ionic charge of the metal elements, the binary complex flouride-forming systems and binary flouride systems without complex flouride formation distribute in different regions with a clear-cut boundary. The mathematical models obtained are useful for new complex flouride predicton.

The dynamic mechanical behaviours of super low carbon high Mo austenitic stainless steel (00Cr20Nil8Mo6CuN)during hot deformation have been studied by using Formaster-Press hot working simulator. The hot deformation equation, as well as the relationship between peak strain, peak stress and Zener-Hollman parameter, together with the deformation activation energy have been resulted through the experiments.

INFLUENCE OF MnO ON REDUCTION OF TiO_2 IN BLAST FURNACE TYPE SLAG

A study was carried out on the formation of Ti(C,N) during smelting vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite in blast furnace and the influence of MnO content on reduction of TiO_2 in the slag containing high titania. The reduction of TiO_2 is restricted by MnOpredominantly at the slag-metal interface and no more at the slag-coke one. The formation of Ti(C,N) is remarkably restricted by MnO in the slag when the MnO content is about 4% and the basicity from 0.6 to 1.2 in the slag. MnO may also retards the reduction of SiO_2 and accelerates the desulphidation under certain condition.

The expressions of the dependence of nitrogen solubility in molten gray cast iron on the temperature and composition of the melt were proposed under the condition of foundry practice. Three gray cast iron specimens with different compositions were examined in good agreement with the derived expression.

概述了hcp金属的力学性能与变形行为.重点总结了Ti的滑移和孪生变形机理,报道了Ti的疲劳研究新结果.指出,应力轴位向是决定hcp金属变形行为的一个重要因素.理论预测和实验分析均表明,在hcp金属中,Ti与Zr不但具有高的强度,而且具有良好的塑性.

涂层结构设计对等离子喷涂陶瓷层结合强度及莫应力的影响

用等离子在45#碳钢上喷涂了不同涂层设计的Al2O3以及Al2O3+130mg·g-1TiO2陶瓷层.用X-射线衍射法和拉伸实验测量了涂层表面层中的残余应力及结合强度.增加粘结层和过渡层能大大地克服陶瓷涂层与基材机械的以及热的不匹配性,使涂层的应力和结合强度都得到明显改善.此外,SiO2能改善ZrO2陶瓷层与基材以及陶瓷层内部的结合程度,使涂层内应力松弛并使其结合强度提高.然而SiO2添加剂只有在高熔点陶瓷层中(如ZrO2),"液相烧结"作用才明显,而在熔点较低的陶瓷层中(如Al2O3),这种作用并不明显.在用等离子喷涂低熔点Al2O3陶瓷时,添加适量的低熔点TiO2陶瓷是必要的.
