OUT OF PILE CORROSION RESISTANCE OF NEW ZIRCONIUM ALLOYS IN 500 ℃/10 3MPa STEAM

he out of pile corrosion resistance of new Zirconium alloys in 500℃/10 3MPa steam has been investigated and the effect of alloying elements, Sn,Nb,Fe,Cr on the property has been analyzed. The results show that the new alloys have better corrosion resistance than Zircaloy 4. That no nodular corrosion is found during test cycles shows the nodular corrosion resistance can be dramatically improved by addition of alloying elements Nb. The Fe/Cr ratio should be properly controlled if there is Cr addition in the alloys when developing new alloys.

The SiC_w/Al composite prepared by squeeze casting has a combination of superior room temperature specific strength and modulus together with excellent thermal properties.The extrusion can make an improvement on the strength and ductility of the composite from 582 MPa as squeeze casted up to 639 MPa,and on the transformation from isotropic to the anisotropic structure.This seems to be explained by the orientation of whiskers and the densification of dislocations in matrix.TEM observation indicates that the stacking fault is the usual planar defect on the SiC_w surface. composite;;SiC whisker;;Al alloy;;microstructure

采用固相反应法制备了Li1+xV3-yMyO8(M=Mo,P;0≤y≤0.4),研究了不同Mo和P含量对Li1+xV3O8相的影响,并首次对其进行了高温阴极放电性能的研究.结果表明:Mo和P掺杂量分别为y≤0.2和y<0.2时可获得纯Li1+xV3O8相;Mo掺杂使Li1+xV3O8峰值电压提高0.3 V,比容量提高25%,嵌入的Li+量最高可达x=3.8;P掺杂(y≤0.20)对Li1+xV3O8的峰值电压和比容量影响较小.化学嵌锂实验也证实掺杂后的材料具有更快的Li+嵌入速度.

锂离子电池正极材料Li_(1+x)Ni_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2的合成

采用碳酸盐共沉淀法合成了Li1+xNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料。用X射线粉末衍射仪、高频电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对材料的晶体结构、化学元素组成和表面形貌进行了分析研究。将正极材料Li1+xNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2制成电极极片,组装成混合动力车用3Ah高功率电池进行测试。分析测试结果表明,合成的正极材料Li1+xNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2具有典型的α-NaFeO2结构,粒径约为10μm。在室温(25℃),电池经2000次充放电循环后容量可保持80%;在50%DOD下,电池10 s脉冲输出功率密度为2100 W/kg,输入功率密度为2700 W/kg。

YAl2p/Mg-14Li-1Al复合材料时效行为

采用搅拌铸造的方法制备了YAl2p/Mg-14Li-1Al复合材料,并使用硬度试验、差热分析和X射线衍射等方法对该材料的时效行为进行了研究.结果表明,基体合金及其复合材料硬度的变化均与θ-MgLi2Al相的析出和分解有关.复合材料的强化效果来自于YAl2颗粒的加入以及基体合金的析出行为.其中,加入YAl2颗粒所产生的强化效果是稳定的,而基体合金的析出强化则是不稳定的且依赖于它自身的时效行为.此外,YAl2颗粒的加入延缓了时效行为的发生.

正极材料zLi2MnO3·(1-z)LiNi0.4Mn0.4Co0.2O2的合成与性能

富锂锰过渡金属层状正极材料以其成本低、安全、容量高受到广泛关注,X射线衍射(XRD)和电化学性能测试显示以共沉淀结合煅烧成功合成富锂层状正极材料zLi2MnO3.(1-z)LiMn0.4Ni0.4Co0.2O2(z=0.2,0.4,0.6)。其中z=0.4组分的放电容量达到210mAh/g(2-4.8V,0.05C),远高于z=0.6组分,而经20个充放电循环的稳定性也优于z=0.2组分。微分容量分析表明z=0.2组分中因Ni/(Co+Mn)比值较大和Li2MnO3含量较少可能导致其容量逐渐衰减。z=0.6则因所含LiMn0.4Ni0.4Co0.2O2量较少,造成其放电容量较低;z=0.4拥有最佳Li2MnO3及LiMn0.4Ni0.4Co0.2O2组合使其容量和循环性能最好。

(1-x)Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-xPb(Mg1/2W1/2)O3多铁性材料的有序结构及磁性能

以无机盐为前驱体, 利用溶胶?凝胶法固溶合成了(1-x)Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-xPb(Mg1/2W1/2)O3多铁性固溶体. XRD分析表明, 在0≤x≤1.0的掺杂范围内, 700℃煅烧所得产物都具有钙钛矿结构; x=0时得到的纯Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3为长程无序结构, x=1.0时可获得完全有序的纯Pb(Mg1/2W1/2)O3相, 其单胞为Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3单胞的2倍; 当0<x<1.0时, (1-x)Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-xPb(Mg1/2W1/2)O3固溶体也为有序结构, 出现1/2 (111)及1/2 (311) XRD衍射峰, 且强度随掺杂系数x的升高逐渐增大. TEM分析证实, 煅烧产物为具有钙钛矿结构的单相固溶体, 而非两相复合物; 固溶相形貌以立方颗粒为主, 随掺杂量增加其晶胞常数线性增大, 而晶粒尺寸先减小后变大. 性能测试发现, 固溶相的磁学性能随x的增加而逐渐下降, 起因于抗磁性的Pb(Mg1/2W1/2)O3破坏了Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3原有的价键结构所致.

PROPERTIES OF W/Cu FGMS CONTAINING 1%TiC OR 1%La2O3 PREPARED USING GSUHP

W / Cu functionally gradient materials (FGMs) containing 1% La2O3 and 1% TiC were prepared using graded sintering under ultra-high pressure (GSUHP). The specimens have been found to exhibit low porosity (11.57% and 11.35%, respectively). Shearing strength of the specimens between layers is good. Moreover, the specimens have still demonstrated good performance in testing thermal-shock resistance. When power density of laser is 200MWm-2, the specimens have been tested for thermal-shock resistance (1000 times); the specimens that contained 1% La2O3 were not subjected to damage, whereas those that contained 1% TiC began to crack. Finally, effect of additives on thermal-shock resistance was also preliminarily discussed.
