THE INVESTIGATION OF KINETICS OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE STRUCTURE TRANSFORMATION OF HOMOPHASES AND HETEROPHASES MATERIALS

The kinetics of internal boundaries relaxation: antiphase domain boundaries and interphase boundaries-in the conditions of high-temperature annealing and the structure transformations are investigated in homophase and heterophase systems. Homophase systems look like ordered binary alloy and include antiphase domain boundaries of various orientation. Clear components border on ordered alloy in heterophase systems and two processes take place simultaneously here-disordering of binary alloy and solution in ordered phase of clear component. Computer experiment is realized in the sphere of temperatures close to the temperature of order-disorder phase transition in the limits of two-dimensional model of atom diffusion at the vacant knots of crystal lattics.

Semiconducting properties of passive film formed on stainless steel by using A. V. passivation

Passive film formed on 304 stainless steel in 2.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution by using alternating voltage (A. V.) passivation have been investigated by measuring capacitance and photoelectrochemical parameters. The investigation of the effect of measure frequency on the slope of Mott-Schottky curve has been carried out. The photoelectrochemical measurements were consistent with the capacitance measurement. Analysis of the experimental results showed that the passive film formed 304 stainless steel by using A. V. passivation exhibits semiconducting properties. Using the simple model of semiconductor rather than the multi-donor level model can explain satisfactorily the semiconducting behavior of the film formed on 304 stainless steel by using A.V. passivation.

The precipitation of Ti(V)N(C)in high-carbon steel PD_3 during thermomechanicol treatment at austenitic temperatures after deformation has been observed.The average size of Ti(V)N(C)particles may reduce with the increase of strain and the decrease of thermomechanical treatment temperature,and vise versa.The growth of Ti(V)N(C)particles at 920°C is found to be controlled by the interface reaction between precipitated particles and matrix.

V-N微合金化抗震钢筋铁素体中V(C,N)析出行为分析

采用回火硬度法研究了两种不同V,N含量的抗震钢筋回火等温过程组织及显微硬度变化规律,根据J-M-A(Johnson-Mehl-Avrami)理论定量计算了V(C,N)在铁素体中的析出热动力学,并与实验所测PTT(析出-温度-时间)曲线进行对比.透射电镜下观察了V(C,N)沉淀析出规律.结果表明,由于大量弥散的第二相颗粒的作用,V-N微合金化钢筋(0.04V-0.0135N)的回火组织比V微合金化钢筋(0.076V-0.0055N)更加均匀细小.回火硬度法测得两种材料的PTT曲线与计算所得吻合,V微合金化钢筋呈“C”型且在670℃左右的鼻温区析出动力学加快,V-N微合金化钢筋是一单调曲线,这主要考虑N含量的影响.本次实验同时观察到纤维状碳化物,V(C,N)在过饱和铁素体中相间析出以及位错线析出,并就其形成机制进行讨论.

V钢中V(C,N)沉淀强化作用的研究

通过实验室轧钢试验,研究了三种高V钢轧制状态下的组织的和力学性能,并用透射电镜观察了V(C,N)析出的状况.结果表明,高V钢中可以获得单相的铁素体组织,并可以获得较高的强度,最高的屈服强度值达到525 MPa.对C3钢而言,由V(C,N)析出颗粒的沉淀强化造成的屈服强度增量最大可达244 MPa.透射电镜观察结果表明,高V钢中容易获得相间析出.试验获得的V(C,N)析出颗粒为4~10 nm,经计算分析,该尺寸在V(C,N)最大沉淀强化效果的范围.

原位合成Fe-V(C,N)复合材料

采用粉末冶金方法原位合成Fe-V(C,N)复合材料.应用SEM和XRD分析了复合材料显微组织和物相结构.发现在1200℃烧结时,活性的碳、氮原子降低了ó-(FeV)相的稳定性,生成了a-Fe相和均匀分布在基体中的V(C,N)颗粒.氮气的存在抑制了原位合成的V(C,N)颗粒在烧结后期的长大,最终V(C,N)颗粒尺寸在O.5~3μm之间,体积分数超过50%.在重负荷干滑动磨损试验中表现出很高的耐磨性.

MISCIBLE PRECIPITATES IN V-Ti-N MICROALLOYED STEELS

The characteristics and the formation of the miscible particles in V-Ti-N microalloyed steels were studied.It was found that the vanadium to form V-Ti miscible particles starts to precipi- tate after pouring and cooling to temperature below 11 50℃ by means of the epitaxial precipi- tation on the pre-existing titanium nitrides.The vanadium content in the particles is markedly influenced by the cooling rate after solidification.

缓蚀剂阳极脱附现象的研究──V.缓蚀剂脱附与金属阳极过程

根据缓蚀剂阳极脱附与金属阳极溶解相互作用的分析,建立了描述缓蚀剂体系中金属阳极过程动力学规律的物理模型。依据该模型讨论了缓蚀剂覆盖度随电位与浓度的变化、脱附电位与半覆盖电位、电位扰动与浓度扰动的电流响应及稳态阳极极化曲线。

ZnO/n-Si异质结的I-V、C-V特性研究

本文通过磁控溅射Al掺杂的ZnO陶瓷靶,在n-Si片上沉积n型电导的ZnO薄膜而制备的ZnO/n-Si异质结,并通过测试其光照下的I-V、C-V特性对其光电特性以及载流子输运特性与导电机理进行了研究.研究表明ZnO/n-Si异质结存在良好的整流特性与光电响应,可以广泛应用在光电探测和太阳能电池等领域.由于在ZnO/n-Si异质结界面处的导带补偿与价带补偿相差太大的缘故,在正向电压超过0.8V时,导电机理为空间电荷限制电流导电.同时研究表明ZnO/n-Si异质结界面存在大量界面态,可以通过减小界面态可以进一步提高其光电特性.

GRAIN COARSENING BEHAVIOR OF V-Ti-N MICROALLOYED STEELS

The effects of chemical composition and cooling rate after solidication on the grain coarsening temperature,T_(GC),of the V-Ti-N microalloyed steels have been investigated.It is shown that the T_(GC) may be obviously raised by adding even a little Ti to the base steel so as to pre- cipitate a great deal of fine Ti-bearing particles of about 10 nm.The T_(GC) does not increase with the cooling rate,as it is over a certain critical value.The T_(GC) is insensitive to any varia- tion of N content at simulated cooling condition of 150 mm continuous cast slab.The T_(GC) may be dropped down about 100℃ by adding 0.33 wt-%Mo to the steels.The sensitivi- ty of T_(GC) to cooling condition relates to the Ti and V contents.
