UFPs are formed using gas evaporation methods. In the gas evaporation methods, configuration of UFPs are controlled to form chain-like shape, complex, and isolated UFP. The R & D of hydrogen absorbing alloys in Japan started in the early 1970s.Many alloys such as TiMm1.5 based alloys, Fe-Ti-O alloys (e.g. FeTi1.15 O0.024) andthe(mischmetal)Ni5 based alloys (e.g. MmNi4.5 Cr0.46 Mn0.04) were developed by the early 1980s. The application of these alloys to hydrogen storage, heat storage, heat pump, hydrogen purification and motor vehicles has been tried in many iaboratories,and the various techniques for using hydrogen absorbing alloys have been developed.The standarkization of evaluation methods for hydrogen absorbing alloys has been promoted by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), and four of them were established as Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS).Alloys for Ni-Metal Hydride batteries have been extensively investigated since 1987in Japun. Mm-Ni-Co-Al-Mn alloys (e.g. MmNi3.55 Co0.75Al0.9Mn0.4) have been devel-oped and commereialized since 1990. The amount of production of small-size Ni-MH batteries in 1995 was about three hundred milliion in number and about one hundred billion yen. The R & D for higher enerpy-density Ni-MH batteries is intensively in progress.MITI and STA (Science and Technology Agency) have promoted the R & D of hydro-gen absorbing alloys in Japan by carrying out the national projects such as Sunshine Program (MITI: 1974-1993) and Utilization of Wind Engeray (STA 1980-1985). The New Sunshine Program (MITI 1993-2020) have started in 1993. This program con-tains the application of hydrogen absorbing alloys to Economical- Enerpy- City System and to We-NET (International Clean Energy System of Technology Utilizing Hydro-gen: World Energy Network.

溶剂转移-气相色谱-质谱法和选择洗脱-气相色谱法测定大蒜中289种农药多残留

以溶剂转移净化为核心步骤,建立了一种适用于大蒜样品中农药多残留分析的前处理方法(方法Ⅰ),配以一个辅助方法(方法Ⅱ),构成大蒜中常见289种农药多残留的分析体系(方法Ⅰ 283种,方法Ⅱ 6种).方法Ⅰ中,样品用乙腈-水溶液提取,盐析分配,溶剂转移和固相萃取(SPE)净化后进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析;方法Ⅱ中,样品用无水Na<,2>SO<,4>配合乙酸乙酯均质研磨,超声波辅助提取,提取液经Primary Secondary Amine(PSA)粉末分散固相萃取和LC-Si柱选择洗脱净化后进行GC分析.GC-MS采用选择离子监测(SIM)方式,GC采用火焰光度检测器(FPD)检测,外标法定量.方法简便、快速,通过优化前处理和上机条件,在最优条件下进行测试,方法的定量限(8/N≥10)为0.01~0.05 mg/kg.方法Ⅰ中,在加标水平为0.02、0.20 mg/kg时,回收率为52%~163%,其中回收率在70%~120%之间的占88%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~18%;方法Ⅱ中,在加标水平为0.01、0.02、0.10、0.20 mg/kg时,回收率为70%~111%,相对标准偏差为3.2%~9.3%.详细描述了实验模型的构建,并对GC-MS灵敏度的提高提出了新的见解.该方法准确、灵敏、快速,可满足大蒜中多种农药残留的检测要求.

Si3N4/Cu68Ti20Ni12的界面结构及连接强度

采用Cu68Ti20Ni12钎料进行了Si3N4/Si3N4的活性钎焊连接.结果表明:钎焊温度和时间对连接强度有重要影响;在1373 K,10 min的连接条件下,Si3N4/Si3N4连接强度达到最大值289 MPa.通过对Si3N4l/Cu68Ti20Ni12界面区的微观分析:发现Ti,Ni明显向Si3N4方向富集,相对Ni而言,Ti的富集区更靠近Si3N4陶瓷,而Si则向钎料方向扩散,Cu在接头中心富集;界面区存在2层反应层,反应层Ⅰ为TiN层,而反应层Ⅱ则由TiN,Ti5Si4,Ti5Si3,Ni3Si及NiTi化合物组成.

Hydrogen storage properties of Mg76Ti12Fe12-xNix (x=0, 4, 8, 12) alloys by mechanical alloying

Mg76T12Fe12-xNix (x = 0, 4, 8, 12) alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying and the hydrogen storage properties were investigated C systematically. In Mg76Ti12Fe12 and Mg76Ti12Ni12Ti12 alloys, the main binary alloy phase is Fe2Ti and Mg2Ni, respectively. There are same binary alloy phase structures included Fe2Ti, Mg2Ni and NiTi in Mg(76)Ti(12)Fc(8)Ni(4) and Mg76Ti12Fe4Ni8 alloys. For Mg76Ti12Fe12-xNix (x = 0, 4, 8, 12) alloys, the hydrogen storage capacity is 2.88, 3.31, 3.12 and 2.24 wt%, respectively. The hysteresis between hydrogen absorption and desorption decreases gradually with increasing the amount of substitution Ni for Fe. Mg76Ti12Fe8Ni4 shows the highest hydrogen absorption and desorption rate among Mg76Ti12Fe12-xNix (x = 0, 4, 8, 12) alloys. Fe and Ni coexistence is favorable to improve hydrogen storage properties. For Mg76Ti12Fe8Ni4 alloy, the amorphous degree increase with the milling time, and the amorphous degree increase is unfavorable to improve hydrogen storage capacity. Characterization of ThMn_(12)-structure Stability

A series of YTi(Fe_(1-x)_(11)alloy with x=0.00,0.01,0.03,0.04,0.05,0.07 and 0.10 has been investigated by measurement of the structural properties and ~(57)Fe M(?)ssbauer experiments.The pure ThMn_(12)-structure phase exists at x≤0.03 and is absent at x>0.03.The reasons for lower satura- tion magnetization and lower energy product of the ThMn_(12)-structure compounds were given.The crystal structure relations between R_2Fe_(17)-structure and ThMn_(12)-structure were discussed.Comparing with the R_2Fe_(17)and R_2Fe_(14)B compounds,the ThMn_(12)-structure RFe_(12-x)M_x compounds have the same magnetic moment of Fe at x=0.The potential for increasing the saturation magnetization of ThMn_(12)-structure compounds may be enhanced by the addition of stabilization elements.

Cr12V与Cr12MoV钢的接触疲劳性能研究

对Cr12V与Cr12MoV钢的接触疲劳性能进行了对比试验研究.结果表明,Cr12V钢比Cr12MoV钢有较高的接触疲劳寿命,额定寿命L10是Cr12MoV钢的2.11倍,中值寿命L50是Cr12MoV钢的1.62倍.分析认为,Cr12V钢与Cr12MoV钢相比,具有较高的硬度、较小的碳化物尺寸以及较高的V含量,这是Cr12V钢接触疲劳寿命高的原因.

Magnetic properties of icosahedral MRu12 clusters

The magnetic properties of icosahedral MRu12 clusters are studied using the discrete-variational local-spin-density-functional method, where M = V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, and Ni. The results show that all of the I-h MRu12 clusters, just like the case for the I-h Ru-13 cluster, have double magnetic solutions. In contrast to the moment of 4 mu(B) for the I-h Ru-13 cluster, the total magnetic moments of the I-h MRu12 clusters, ranging from 1 mu(B) to 20 mu B, have been changed greatly by the substitution of the central Ru atom with M. Among them, the NiRu12 cluster has a giant moment of 20 mu(B). Furthermore, the NiRu12 cluster has nondegenerate ground state and could be expected to be remarkably stable. Therefore, for the purpose of enhancing the magnetic moment of the I-h Ru-13 cluster, Ni is a promising candidate as a dopant. Finally, we predict that all the I-h MRu12 clusters except NiRu12 might belong to the class in which the magnetization of the cluster increases with temperature.

F-12纤维的吸湿行为

在60℃、80℃相对湿度90%环境条件下对F-12纤维进行了湿热老化实验,研究了长时间老化时纤维吸湿规律.通过ATR-FTIR光谱分析了湿热老化后水对F-12纤维化学结构的影响以及水在纤维中可能存在的方式,探讨了吸湿机制,实验研究了纤维单丝拉伸强度的变化,并采用SEM观察了纤维表面及拉伸断口形貌.结果表明:F-12纤维长时间的吸湿属于2阶段吸湿,吸湿初期符合Fick第二定律,后期偏离,吸湿2500 h后仍没达到平衡;水分子对F-12纤维的化学结构没有造成明显的破坏,老化2500 h后F-12纤维表面变得粗糙,出现了一些沟槽,老化后期断口呈现出脆性与原纤化复合的特征;拉伸断裂强度并非持续减小,而是在起伏波动中减小.
