EFFECT OF REVERT RECYCLE TIMES ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND FATIGUE PROPERTIES IN COBALT BASE SUPERALLOY K640S

Effect of revert cycles on microstructure and fatigue properties of cast cobalt base superalloy K640S has been investigated. The results show that: at 70 times of cool heat cycles, there were microcracks found in seven times revert and ten times revert. With the increasing of thermal fatigue cycles, the crack of revert grows a little faster than virgin. When the cycle time reaches 200, the crack length for both virgin and reverts have been as long as 2mm. The low cycle fatigue life has no remarkable change, with the increase of revert cycles at 815℃, 360MPa ,0 5Hz. With the times of cycles increasing, it is found that the content of impurity and gas in alloy change a little, and there is no obvious change for dendrite microstructure.

扩展的t-J模型中的非公度反铁磁自旋关联

t-J模型和fermion-spin理论框架下,研究了电子次近邻跃迁t′对欠掺杂四方晶格铜氧化物材料的反铁磁非公度自旋关联的影响.结果表明,虽然电子次近邻跃迁项使得自旋结构因子的非公度峰强度增加,但对物理上合理的、较小的t′值,t-t′-J模型的非公度自旋关联与t-J模型定性一致.

利用SEM、TEM、XPS、XRD、Raman和元素分析仪分析了M40JT300的表面化学、物理及微观结构特征.研究发现:M40J含碳量高于T300纤维,而含氮量低于T300纤维,且表面活性基团比T300纤维低;M40JT300碳纤维表面具有大量沟槽,前者相对长而浅,后者相对短而深;T300纤维端面皮芯结构明显,而M40J端面结构较均匀;M40J的微晶结构及取向性优于T300碳纤维.

t-t′-J-U模型中电子次近邻跃迁对Gossamer超导的影响

基于重整化平均场理论,在二维空穴掺杂t-t′-J-U模型的框架下,用Gutzwiller平均场近似理论研究高温超导体的基态相图,分析了次近邻跃迁电子(t′)对电子平均双重占据数(d)的影响.发现在掺杂浓度δ≠0的掺杂Gossamer超导态,次近邻跃迁的引入使d的数值在欠掺杂浓度区增大,在过掺杂浓度区显著减少.

基于3D打印的微微型混合工质J-T制冷器实验研究

微微型节流制冷器在微小元件和制冷应用中有广阔的前景.本文通过对搭建一微型压缩机驱动的微型混合工质节流制冷器系统,取得初步结果.该微微型J-T节流制冷器采用3D打印技术,通道特征尺寸为0.1 mm,突破了传统机械加工的极限.通道深宽比达到8:1.初步实验表明,微微型J-T节流制冷器达到了230 K温区.由于采用微型压缩机驱动,系统结构紧凑,可在便携生物储存设备、低温医疗以及电子器件冷却等领域应用并能长期运行.

Magnetic properties of 1T-TaS2

The magnetic properties of 1 T-TaS2 and 1 T-Fe-0.07 Ta-0.93 S-2 have been studied, Experimental results show that the phase transition temperature of 1 T-TaS2 is a function of the magnetic field, At low temperatures, both compounds are in a mixed state of charge density wave -spin density wave due to the coherent superposition of antiferromagnetic coupling.

By using strong-field scheme, the complete d(5) energy matrix with D-2d symmetry has been constructed. Then, by diagonalization of this matrix at normal and various pressures, the whole energy spectrum [including the ground-state zero-field splitting (GSZFS)] and its pressure-induced shift (PS) of ZnTe:Mn2+ have uniformly been calculated. The results are in very good agreement with experimental data. According to the eigenfunctions and PS, the assignments of four absorption bands have been given. By taking into account the effect of different deformations of t(2) and e radial wavefunctions on t(2)(3)((4)A(2))e(2)((3)A(2))(4)A(1) and t(2)(3)(E-2)e(2)((3)A(2))E-4, the position of the third absorption band at normal pressure has been estimated. The tetragonal field is important for GSZFS of ZnTe:Mn2+ and its PS, which supports the existence of tetragonal Jahn-Teller distortion in ZnTe:Mn2+. The physical essentials of typical levels, GSZFS and their PS have been revealed.

X70管线钢J1d和K1a与V型缺口Ak关系研究

在不同温度下测试了X70管线钢动态断裂韧度K1d、J1d和止裂韧度K1a以及夏氏V型缺口冲击韧度Ak,对三者的关系进行了分析.结果表明:温度和加载速率都对断裂韧度产生影响;加载速率变化引起的韧-脆断裂转变具有热激活特征,在热激活分析基础上,在应力强度因子速率K=15 MPa·m1/2s-1条件下,得出断裂韧度、止裂韧度和冲击韧度三者的关系:Ak=4.84×106T-2.8K1d(或K1a).可以用小试样Ak数据计算得到K1d和K1a.

应力对1J79软磁合金强场磁导率的影响

采用8232型B-H交流回线仪对受力前后的1J79软磁合金在不同场强和频率下磁导率的变化进行了研究, 通过XRD对材料受力前后微观结构变化进行了分析. 研究表明: 场强在1~10 A·m-1范围内, 直流条件下受应力1J79合金的相对磁导率远低于不受应力1J79合金的相对磁导率; 交流条件(5~30 kHz)下受应力1J79合金的相对磁导率低于不受应力1J79合金的相对磁导率, 但低于直流条件下的降低幅度. 1J79合金受力后, 使有利于磁性能(111)晶面取向大大减少, 是合金受力后相对磁导率下降的主要原因.

深低温条件下1J30的马氏体转变研究及TEM分析

1J30升温和降温过程分析得出,深低温条件下1J30的马氏体转变为不可逆转变。同时,对1J30内马氏体衍射斑点分析得出:有许多平行的极薄的马氏体片生成;马氏体与奥氏体的位相关系符合“西山关系”。对软磁材料中的马氏体研究具有一定的意义。
