Electrochemical behaviour of stainless steel type 430 in acidic solutions of methanol, ethanol and in their binary mixtures with water (from 0 to 100% alcohol) at 25℃ has been studied. using potentiostatic poIarization technique and weight loss method. It was found that the corrosion rate of the metal was affected by the physico-chemical properties of the media such as, viscosity, state of solvation, molar volume contraction, proton availability and dielectric constant, it was demonstrated from the potentiostatic study that the active passive transition strongly depended on the concentration of the acid, and on the water content of the media.

Pitting corrosion behavior of Monel-400 alloy in 3.5 wt pct NaCl sodium chloride solution has been investigated using the cyclic potentiodynamic anodic polarization technique. The effects of chloride ion concentration, pH values and different temperatures on the pitting parameters were determined. The morphology of the pits produced after anodic polarization treatments were inspected by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicated that, the increase in chloride ion concentration shifts Epit and Eprot of the alloy toward negative values and the pitting potential is much more dependent on pH value in the basic region. The breakdown of passivity with increasing temperature may be due to kinetic changes of passivating films and dissolution rate of the alloy in its passive state.

Electrochemical and corrosion behaviour of reinforced steel embedded in cement pastes incorporating different amounts of silica fume as a partial replacement of cement has been studied in chloride and sulphate solutions by using different electrochemical techniques. The results indicate that, while steel passivity degree is low in the control samples upon soaking in the corrosive media, it has been high in samples incorporating silica fume and increased with increasing silica fume content. The improvement effect of silica fume may be attributed to the pore solution structure of the cement paste, which limits the mobility of aggressive ions near the surface of the steel. The mechanism of steel corrosion due to chloride and sulphate attack and passivation effect of silica fume are discussed.

以溶菌酶(Lys)为目标蛋白,用计量置换保留理论(SDT-R)中的参数Z和logI对弱阳离子交换色谱(WCX)中"准天然态"和脲变还原与非还原的两种变性状态的Lys的分子构象变化进行了表征.发现在流动相中含有脲时,蛋白的保留仍服从SDT理论,可以准确测定在特定脲浓度条件下Lys的Z及logI值.结果表明,3种分子构象状态的Lys的Z值均随脲浓度改变呈现不连续变化;"准天然态"Lys在同一脲浓度条件下的Z值比变性状态的大,logI比变性状态的小,而非还原变性态和"准天然态"Lys的Z和logI值比较接近.还对不同脲浓度条件下Lys的活性回收率与Z值之间的关系进行了研究.

通过单根Z-pin从复合材料层合板中拔出的试验方法,测试了Z-pin的拔出强度,计算了Z-pin的临界埋入深度,并引入抗拉强度利用率概念来表征Z-pin的抗拉强度在拔出过程中的利用程度.结果表明,直径0.50mm和0.28mm的Z-pin临界埋入深度分别约为5.1mm和3.1mm.当Z-pin的埋入深度小于临界埋入深度时,Z-pin从层板中拔出;Z-pin拔出强度与埋入深度成正比,与Z-pin的直径成反比;当Z-pin的埋入深度大于临界埋入深度时,Z-pin发生断裂,Z-pin的抗拉强度利用率达到100%.最后提出了提高抗拉强度利用率的建议.

通过三种复合材料Z-pin的轴向压缩试验,观察了各Z-pin的压缩行为,分析了三种复合材料Z-pin在不同长度时的极限应力及其失效形式.结果表明,直径为0.50mm的碳纤维Z-pin的压缩性能最好,其各长度Z-pin所能承担的极限应力都较大.直径0.28mm的碳纤维Z-pin易发生失稳现象,芳纶纤维Z-pin在压缩力的作用下,接触端容易受到破坏.两种碳纤维Z-pin临界应力的理论值与试验值吻合较好,但芳纶纤维Z-pin的临界应力的试验值比理论值偏低.

采用陶瓷工艺制备Co2Z(Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe23.4O41)六角铁氧体,通过二次球磨掺杂少量BST(BaSrTiO3)铁电材料.研究BST掺杂对Z型铁氧体的烧结温度、相结构、晶粒生长及其在频率1MHz~1GHz的动态相对复介电常数(εr=ε′r-iε″r)和相对复磁导率(μr=μ′r-iμ″r)的影响.结果表明:在BST掺杂量为Co2Z一次预烧料重量比的0~1.5%内,随BST含量增加,形成在Z型六角结构相生长同时,伴生M相六角结构和钙钛矿结构的多相结构;六角结构晶粒明显长大,材料密度增加;μr和εr增大;铁磁共振和铁电共振频率点移向低频.当BST掺杂量为1.5%、频率1MHz时,μ′r=28,ε′r=100,相对于纯相Co2Z材料μ′r和ε′r明显提高.

A Z-parameter method is used to evaluate the damage process of HK40 austenitic steel. By using Z-parameter based on the Larson-Miller method, the nonlinear master curve of the log stress vs Larson-Miller parameter P can be expressed as: P=27.74-3.4lgσ-0.032σ, and a family of curves parallel to the master curve can be written as: P=(27.74-Z)-3.4lgσ-0.032σ, where Z represents the magnitude of the deviation from the master curve. According to the creep rupture data both from different segments of a serviced tube and from the same segment locations with different service time, the value of parameter Z has close relationship with the deterioration of creep rupture properties. The damage state of the samples is evaluated by monitoring the changes in natural frequency f and Young0s modulus E, and the relationships between Z and the damage parameters are discussed.

Samples have been prepared at different temperatures by loading I2 molecules into the cages of zeolite 5A, and the measurements of the absorption spectra have been carried out for the prepared samples. It is shown that I2 molecular clusters are formed in the cages of zeolite 5A,and it is also found that moIecuIar clusters which are bonded with intermoIecuIar forces have an important feature, namely, the intermolecular distance in molecular clusters can be changed on different preparing conditions and the blue shift of absorption edges can not be as the criterion of forming molecular clusters.
