Isothermal constant speed compression tests of superalloy IN718 were conducted using a computer-controlled MTS machine at temperatures from 960 to 1040℃, with initial strain rates from 0.001 s~(1) to 1.0 s~(1) and engineering strain from 0.1 to 0. 7.The variations of flow stress with deformation temperature, initial strain rate and engineering strain were analyzed in the paper. It was found that there was an obvious power-law relationship between flow stress and initial strain rate, which showed the behavior of strain rate hardening of superalloy IN718 at elevated temperatures.The relationship between flow stress and temperature could be described by an inverse trigonometric function.And the turning point on the curve may be related to the behavior of δ phase at 1000℃. Meanwhile, it was found that there was a complicated relationship between flow stress and strain,which was indicative of the comprehensive effect of work hardening and dynamic softening on flow stress during hot deformation. From the results of these tests, a constitutive equation of superalloy IN718 was developed.

评述了1996~2007年国际上对含金三元合金系相图、相变的研究进展.1996年以来,在主要国际专业刊物上发表了30多个三元金合金系相图的部分等温截面或纵截面,采用实验方法研究相图的工作占了绝大部分.在所研究的上述三元金合金系中,Au-Sn基合金系有11个,Au-Ag基合金系有6个,Au-Cu和Au-Sb基合金系各有4个,Au-Mn和Au-Si基合金系各有2个.这些合金系目前涉及到的主要应用领域为:钎焊材料、电触头材料、电子材料、磁性材料、形状记忆合金材料、金属离子源材料和喷丝头材料等.含金三元合金系的研究反映了当前对新型金合金功能材料的需求动向, 对指导促进相关新合金材料的开发有重要意义.

The superplastic flow characteristics of hot extruded MB26 Mg alloy under the conditions of tension are studied. The effects of deformation temperature and strain rate on superplasticity are analyzed. On the other hand, the superplastic extrusion of MB26 Mg alloy is also studied.

淬火工艺被广泛应用于钒基固溶体贮氢合金的热处理过程中,并被认为能够有效改善合金成份均匀性,提高合金的有效放氢量.考察了淬火对V40Ti26Cr26Fe8贮氢合金放氢PCT性能的影响.合金微观结构变化的分析表明,合金在退火态时存在C14 Laves相,淬火后Laves相固溶于BCC主相中,含量下降.成分分析表明,合金BCC主相淬火后Ti含量上升.与退火处理相比,合金放氢量和平台压在淬火后均出现下降.而合金在淬火过程中产生的缺陷及应力,导致了放氢平台倾斜,滞后增大且放氢量下降.

利用Gleeble-1500热模拟压缩试验获得了26MnB5钢在880~1000℃、0.01~10s-1、最大变形55%条件下的真应力-真应变曲线,研究了26MnB5钢在试验条件下的动态再结晶行为.结果表明:26MnB5的真应力-真应变曲线在高温、低应变速率条件下出现明显峰值点特征,意味着样品发生了动态再结晶;26MnB5再结晶程度和奥氏体晶粒均匀度随温度的增加或应变速率的降低而提高,而晶粒平均尺寸则表现出先减小后增大的趋势;利用Johnson-Mehl-Avrami(JMA)方程可以建立26MnB5钢动态再结晶动力学模型,模型预测值与实测值基本吻合.
