This paper describes a way to improve the weld quality through suppressing the porosity formation and restraining the growth of columnar grains by using a weaving beam in laser welding. The experimental results show that the N2 porosity of beam-weaving laser welding low carbon steel can be remarkably reduced with increasing weaving frequency, and porosity can be eliminated when the weaving amplitude is only 0.5 mm; and the Ar porosity in the weld metal is decreased with increasing weaving frequency and amplitude when the welding speed is higher than 0.5 m/min. The beam-weaving laser welding of ultra-fine grained steel has been investigated. The experimental results show that beam-weaving laser welding with appropriate amplitude and frequency can partly restrain the growth of the columnar grain and improve the tensile strength of the weld metal.

The principle and steps for the calculation of component activities in fluxes using Schuhmann method are described. On the foris of Gibbs-Duhem equation and using Cr2O3 activities in BaO-BaF2-Cr2O3 system fiuxes, BaO activities at 1523 and 1673K are calculated, respectivelg,and the isoactivity diagrums of BaO are also obtained. The calculation results indicate that BaO activity increases with increasing its content in fiuxes, and decreaaes with the increase of Cr2O3 content at a given XBaO/XBaF2 ratio.

为了研究熔渣中BaO和TiO2含量对钢液氮含量的影响,选用CaO-SiO2-Al2O3系碱性渣作为基本成分,在此基础上添加BaO和TiO2,观察它们对钢液氮含量的影响.结果表明:在渣中添加BaO和TiO2可促进钢液脱氮,且钢液中氮含量随渣中BaO和TiO2含量的增加呈线性下降.

采用Sol-gel方法制备出新型SiO2-TiO2-BaO-CaO耐碱涂层.合成了适合于浸涂工艺的稳定溶胶涂液.红外光谱表明:醋酸与钛离子形成稳定的配位体,从而延长了凝胶时间;500℃处理后,凝胶中已形成氧化物网络.通过测定侵蚀后涂膜玻璃的失重量和原子吸收光谱,分析组成和热处理温度对涂层耐碱性的影响.XRD图谱和SEM照片表明:涂膜玻片经NaOH侵蚀后,表面形成富钛保护层,提高耐碱性,而侵蚀后生成的复杂晶体使侵蚀加剧.

针对高C3S熟料矿物体系,研究了BaO对相应的高钙生料易烧性的影响,并通过XRD、SEM研究了熟料矿物的结晶状况.结果表明:在较低烧成温度下(≤1350℃),掺入适量BaO后,能较明显地改善生料的易烧性,对矿物结晶影响不明显;但是在较高烧成温度下(>1350℃),掺入BaO对改善生料的易烧性不利,C3S结晶程度下降,晶体尺寸均匀性降低.另外还对BaO影响高钙生料易烧性的机制进行了探讨.

概述了BaO-Ln2O3-TiO2系微波介质陶瓷的粉末制备、材料烧结、体系改性等工艺的研究进展,简单回顾了确定Ba6-3xLn8+2xTi18O54固溶体的化学式和类钨青铜结构的研究进程,小结了传统电介质物理在BaO-Ln2O3-TiO2改性中的应用,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望.

通过BaO-卤化物渣系和锰铁合金之间磷的分配平衡实验,测定了实验渣系的磷酸盐容量.结果表明,脱磷剂中不同卤化物的加入对增大渣系脱磷能力的影响程度不同,按大小顺序为BaF2>BaCl2>CaF2>CaCl2,实验得到CaO替代BaO,MnO2替代BaF2时对渣系脱磷能力的影响关系.在此基础上,用BaO-BaF2系熔剂对锰铁合金进行氧化脱磷工艺性实验,实验发现,采用56 %BaO-24 %BaF2-10 %Fe2O3-10 %MnO2熔剂,熔剂添加量为10 g/100 g合金,温度1573 K,脱磷率达到62 %,温度升高到1673 K,脱磷率降低到30 %.
