The texture vectors, as the fundatnental elements of the vector method (VM), are usually determined by the Durand's iterative method. In present paper, the texture vector is derived by two kinds of the maximum entropy method (MEM), which choose pole figure data (MEM(I)) and the series coefficients of pole figures (MEM(II)), respectively, as a constrained condition. The detailed comparisons, including the texture vector and residual vector in the pole figure and ODF, among the results obtained by different methods are given through the ideal fiber texture simulation with Gaussian distribution. It is demonstrated that, although both methods the good results in the ideal texture simulation, the solution on assumption of maximum entropy displays more attractive results. In order to compare the sensitivity of the different methods to the experimental errors, the stochastical errors in pole figures are introduced by the computer random processes (Monte-Carlo simulation). The Monte-Carlo simulation shows that the MEM with the series coefficients as a constrained condition is rather sensitive to the "experimental" errors, however, inversely the conventional VM and MEM with pole figure data as a constrained condition.

采用SRV Ⅳ型摩擦磨损试验机对比研究了喷射成型-锻造(SF-F)、电渣重熔-锻造(ESR-F)和电渣重熔(ESR)三种工艺制备的HGSF01高合金工具钢的摩擦磨损性能,重点研究了摩擦速度和载荷对SF-F态钢摩擦磨损性能的影响及其磨损机制.结果表明:SF-F态钢的摩擦磨损性能比ESR-F态和ESR态的都好;SF-F态钢的摩擦因数在低载荷时随摩擦速度的增大而增大,在高载荷时先增大后减小,摩擦速度一定时随载荷的增大而增大;随着摩擦速度和载荷的增大,SF-F态钢的磨损量增大,其磨损机制主要是磨粒磨损和粘着磨损.

采用有机硅树脂掺杂无机粒子制备了一种耐高温腻子(HIT-J01),研究了其粘接性能、膨胀特性和抗热震性能.通过SEM及XRD分析了腻子的微观结构和相变化.结果表明:制备的腻子具有良好的粘接和抗热震性能,粘接C/SiC的单搭接剪切强度为5.5 MPa,1 200℃在线单搭接剪切强度1.8 MPa.腻子同基材C/SiC具有良好的热膨胀匹配性能.HIT-J01腻子在高温条件下生成的Al2O3·(B2O3)n融体.在风洞考核环境下,腻子封堵面平均温度高达1 200℃,最高温度达到1 400℃,风洞实验后,腻子表观平整、无裂纹.

生产检验中发现DC01钢断后伸长率不合格.介绍了DC01钢的生产工艺流程,对断后伸长率不合格的DC01钢试样进行化学成分、夹杂物和金相组织分析.结果表明:DC01断后伸长率不合格的主要原因是金相组织中渗碳体含量多,且呈链状和聚集状,钢中夹杂物也会引起断后伸长率不合格,提出了解决问题的措施.

文章选取了我国某类型高速列车常用的A7N01S-T5铝合金材料,进行了恒载荷应力腐蚀试验,对A7N01S-T5材料的应力腐蚀机理、应力腐蚀强度因子K1SCC和裂纹生长机制进行了研究.结果表明,A7N01S-T5铝合金的应力腐蚀破坏敏感性很高,其临界应力场强度因子K1 SCC为5.2 MPa.m1/2,仅为断裂韧度K1 C的0.15,对应的临界应力门槛值б为123MPa,仅为拉伸强度бb0.27.裂纹断口面有明显的舌状凸起和凹坑的存在.A7N01S-T5铝合金的应力腐蚀裂纹以沿晶开裂为主,形貌呈树枝状,同时相邻二次裂纹之间有竞争生长的关系.

利用光学金相、扫描电镜、透射电镜、硬度和差热分析等研究了7N01铝合金在120℃下时效性能变化与析出演变情况。结果表明:7N01强化元素充分固溶处理后,难溶的Fe、Mn元素等与Al、Si等形成了棒状α-Al(FeMn)Si相,时效过程中,α-Al(FeMn)Si吸附并溶解基体析出的Mg、Zn等元素,形成α-Al(FeMnMgZn)Si。合金在120℃下时效,随着时效时间的延长,硬度不断上升,并在时效48 h后达到第一个硬度峰值,峰值硬度为138 VHN,继续时效,硬度开始稍有下降,时效到72 h后硬度又缓慢上升,直至时效到96 h时,7N01硬度达到第二个峰值,峰值硬度为146 VHN。硬度变化本质上反映了120℃时效过程中强化相从GPⅡ到η'相转变。

Modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel was designed for in-core components of supercritical water cooled reactor. Study on the hot deformation behavior of modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel is of great importance for processing parameter planning and microstructure controlling during hot deformation. The hot deformation behavior of modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel was investigated through isothermal hot compression test at temperature ranging from 1223 to 1373 K and strain rate 001 to 10 s-1. The true stress-true strain data gained from compression tests were used to built constitutive equation of modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel. The influence of strain on the accuracy of constitutive analysis was incorporated, assuming strain has a influence on material constants. A 5th order polynominal equation with very good accuracy was used to represent the influence of strain on material constant. The flow stresses calculated from the constitutive equation were compared with test values in the whole experiment range and the absolute average error for the constitutive equation in predicting flow stress is 4728%. At last, the recrystallization behavior of modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel was investigated. The relationship of critical strain and peak strain with Zener-Hollomon parameter were given by an experimental equation.

采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟机进行热压缩变性试验,研究7N01铝合金在变形温度为340 ~460℃、应变速率为0.01~ 10.00 s-1条件下的流变应力行为.结果表明:变形温度和应变速率对合金流变应力有显著影响,流变应力随变形温度的升高而降低,随应变速率的增加而升高;合金在低应变速率(0.01,0.10,1.00s-1)时主要为动态回复软化机制,而在高应变速率(10.00 s-1)时出现动态再结晶软化;7N01铝合金的高温流变行为可用Zener-Hollomon参数描述.
