Prolonged tension tcsts were caTried out by comblning elevated temperatures with declined stresses over thc range of 760-1050° C and 780-115MPa. The effects of temperature and applied stress on rupture life, and the relations of temperuture, applied stress and mpture life to characteristic dimensions of coherent phases (γ matrix channel width and mpcd γ precipitate thickness), and to the elongation as well as to the cross sectional area reduction of thc tested specimens were investigated. Under all testing conditions, longittLdinal coalescence of seveml adjacent armys of γ precipitates could occur to dtherent extents along the direction of the applied stress axis in addition to their normal directional coarsening. The extent of γ Longitudinal coalescence became increased and its morphology tended to be irmpular with the increase of temperuture although the applied stresses were relatively lower.

研究了阿莫西林对B-Z振荡反应的影响,结果表明,阿莫西林的加入明显地改变了振荡体系的周期和振幅,即对振荡体系产生扰动,且阿莫西林的浓度分别在1.5×10-5~2.4×10-3mol/L和4.7 × 10-5~4.8×10-3 mol/L范围内与振荡周期改变值Δt和振幅改变值ΔA均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9822和0.9846,同时结合FKN机理,初步探讨了阿莫西林扰动B-Z振荡反应的机理.

In this paper we report the transport properties of c-axis-oriented superconducting La(1.44)Nd(0.4)Sr(0.16)CuO(4) films on LaSrAlO(4) substrates with different thicknesses in various magnetic fields parallel and perpendicular to the c axis of the films. It is found that with decreasing film thickness there is a crossover from the parallel shift to fan-shape broadening in the resistive transitions. Moreover, for both field configurations, the flux pinning potential U(0)(H) of the film shifts upward with an order of magnitude with increasing in-plane compressive strain. These results indicate that the compressive epitaxial strain and strain-induced destabilization of the static charge stripes are important aspects for the promotion of superconducting transition temperature as well as the flux pinning potential.

为了研究钢中合金元素Nb、B、Ni对低合金高强度H型钢抗层状撕裂能力(Z向性能)的影响,设计了对照试验,通过常温下拉力试验,对其力学性能尤其是断面收缩率进行了测试,使用XRD、SEM、TEM以及EDS对其组织和成分进行了分析.结果表明:微合金元素Nb、B和微量元素Ni对钢材的Z向性能产生了明显的不良影响,含有Nb、B和Ni,经过钢包精炼的Q345E钢的Z向性能显著低于不含Nb、B和Ni,未经钢包精炼且含有较多夹杂物的Q345B钢.其原因主要在于Nb、B、Ni的存在阻碍了钢材变形过程中位错在晶界和晶内的移动.

通过单根Z-pin从复合材料层合板中拔出的试验方法,测试了Z-pin的拔出强度,计算了Z-pin的临界埋入深度,并引入抗拉强度利用率概念来表征Z-pin的抗拉强度在拔出过程中的利用程度.结果表明,直径0.50mm和0.28mm的Z-pin临界埋入深度分别约为5.1mm和3.1mm.当Z-pin的埋入深度小于临界埋入深度时,Z-pin从层板中拔出;Z-pin拔出强度与埋入深度成正比,与Z-pin的直径成反比;当Z-pin的埋入深度大于临界埋入深度时,Z-pin发生断裂,Z-pin的抗拉强度利用率达到100%.最后提出了提高抗拉强度利用率的建议.

通过三种复合材料Z-pin的轴向压缩试验,观察了各Z-pin的压缩行为,分析了三种复合材料Z-pin在不同长度时的极限应力及其失效形式.结果表明,直径为0.50mm的碳纤维Z-pin的压缩性能最好,其各长度Z-pin所能承担的极限应力都较大.直径0.28mm的碳纤维Z-pin易发生失稳现象,芳纶纤维Z-pin在压缩力的作用下,接触端容易受到破坏.两种碳纤维Z-pin临界应力的理论值与试验值吻合较好,但芳纶纤维Z-pin的临界应力的试验值比理论值偏低.

A Z-parameter method is used to evaluate the damage process of HK40 austenitic steel. By using Z-parameter based on the Larson-Miller method, the nonlinear master curve of the log stress vs Larson-Miller parameter P can be expressed as: P=27.74-3.4lgσ-0.032σ, and a family of curves parallel to the master curve can be written as: P=(27.74-Z)-3.4lgσ-0.032σ, where Z represents the magnitude of the deviation from the master curve. According to the creep rupture data both from different segments of a serviced tube and from the same segment locations with different service time, the value of parameter Z has close relationship with the deterioration of creep rupture properties. The damage state of the samples is evaluated by monitoring the changes in natural frequency f and Young0s modulus E, and the relationships between Z and the damage parameters are discussed.
