This paper describes the key role played by superalloys in aerospace propulsion. Turbopump blades in liquid rocket engines operating under severe thermal and environmental conditions require the development of specific materials.A new superalloy,THYMONEL 8, developed by ONERA in collaboration with SEP is shown to possess a set of properties required for advanced rocket engines. For future civil aircraft engines, the development of compressor and turbine disk materials operating at still higher temperatures requires a greater contrul of the grain size,which has to be increased for improved creep resistance and higher damage tolerance. Work carried out at ONERA emphasizes the importance of high temperature deformation conditions, especially the strain rate, for obtaining a uniform grain growth.

通过Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对B72LX钢进行高温压缩变形实验,研究了变形条件对该钢动态再结晶的影响,给出了B72LX钢动态再结晶激活能和动态再结晶的计算模型,为预报和控制该钢的组织和性能提供了基本依据.

Paraloid B72是一种被广泛应用的文物保护材料,现在是文物保护中最常用的保护材料之一.但B72有易受紫外线、温度、湿度等环境因素影响导致老化的缺点,尤其容易受到水分的影响.该文使用含氟聚合物类保护材料聚全氟乙丙烯改善B72性能,使B72的耐水性有了较大的提升.

快淬速度18m@s-1的Nd11Fe72Co8V1.5B7.5薄片经650℃×4min晶化处理后,晶粒尺寸约100nm,该快淬薄片经600℃×4min晶化处理后制成的粘结磁体的磁性能:Br=0.66T,JHc=780kA@m-1,(BH)max=69kJ@m-3.

The effects of P and B on the creep behavior of 718 alloys are discussed in this paper. The result implies that P and B have little effect on the gamma" and gamma' phases of the alloy, but they can enhance the grain boundary strength by segregating there, which can be of beneficial to the higher creep properties. P also may increase the grains strength through solid solution. The beneficial effect of P and B were presented in both standard IN718 alloy and DA718 alloy. 采用单辊甩带法制备出了非晶态Cu72Sn10P10Ni8薄带,在200℃对其进行1h的真空退火处理,利用X射线衍射仪对该非晶薄带的非晶特性进行了研究,并通过电化学极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了非晶薄带在1 mol·L-1 NaOH溶液和1 mol·L-1 H2SO4溶液中的电化学腐蚀性能.结果表明:非晶薄带真空退火后发生了部分晶化,生成的晶体相为Cu81Sn22、Ni3Sn4和Cu3P;非晶薄带在NaOH溶液中的耐腐蚀性能比在H2SO4溶液中的好;非晶薄带在200℃退火后的耐腐蚀性能比未退火的好.

研究了碱性溶液中镀液组成、阴极电流密度、温度、pH值对Fe-P-B合金电镀层沉积速率和组成的影响,优化了工艺,在最佳工艺条件下获得Fe-P-B镀层,并对镀层的耐腐蚀性、结构和结合力进行了分析.结果表明:提高镀液中硫酸亚铁铵含量、溶液pH值、温度和电流密度,镀层沉积速率增加;提高镀液中次亚磷酸钠、丙二酸和硼氢化钠含量,镀层沉积速率先增后降低,出现一个极大值;镀层中B含量的增加会使P含量降低,但提高电流密度和镀液温度时二者都有所增加;在最佳工艺条件下获得的Fe-P-B合金镀层为非晶态结构,和基体结合力优良,耐蚀性良好,在15%NaoH溶液中的耐腐蚀性优于在5%NaCl溶液中.
