Direct reaction synthesis(DRS), based on the principle of self-propagating hightemperature synthesis (SHS), is a new method for preparing particulate metal matrix composites (PMMCs). The effects of the temperature of the aluminum melt and the aluminum content in the preform on the phases and structure of the reacted preform have been investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.It has been shown that TiC phase is prone to be synthesized with the increasing of the temperature of the aluminum melt and the decreasing of the aluminum powder content in the preform, and that the size of TiC particle becomes fine with the increasing of the temperature and the decreasing of the aluminum powder content.

结合腐蚀增重和腐蚀失重变化并利用SEM、XRD和XPS等手段,研究了国产核级E308L不锈钢焊条熔敷金属在模拟核电一回路水环境中的均匀腐蚀性能.结果显示,随着腐蚀周期的增加,腐蚀增重和腐蚀失重均为先迅速增加,随后增加趋缓,而试样表面氧化物颗粒数量和尺寸逐渐增大,氧化膜的主要成分为Fe和Cr的氧化物.3000 h内国产核级E308L不锈钢焊条具有良好的抗均匀腐蚀性能.

为了解宽厚板板坯再热温度下的高温氧化行为,采用热重分析法(TGA)研究了GL-A32和B610E两种典型热轧厚板在再热温度下(1100~1200℃空气中氧化90 min)的氧化增重动力学行为,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察和分析了氧化皮的形貌与相组成.结果表明,随着温度的升高,钢铁氧化增重加剧,氧化动力学过程包含初始快速氧化和稳态氧化两个阶段;外层氧化皮主要由Fe2O3、Fe3O4和FeO组成,其组成随氧化温度的不同变化明显.在1100℃和1150℃,氧化皮呈灰黑色,伴有大面积鼓泡和局部凹凸,且较薄,容易剥离;而在1200℃下,氧化皮较厚且呈亮灰色,硬度很大.

Using mathematical plasticity theories, universal formability (UF) technology has been developed and applied in the automotive stamping engineering and production. As a formability analysis tool, this technology is the major methodology for the development of stamping expert system (solution provider) for (a) product design and feasibility analysis, (b) material automatic selection using nomograms, (c) draw die design using pre-models, and (d) UF and robustness analysis of die performance in finite element analysis (FEA) environment.

在稀土区奇奇核πh11/2(×)νi13/2转动带中, 系统地观测到随转动频率或角动量增加, B(M1)/B(E2)曲线表现出所谓parabola-like形状, 即在增加到某一转动频率或自旋后, B(M1)/B(E2)比值快速增强. 基于推转模型和粒子转子模型关于奇奇核二准粒子转动带磁偶极约化跃迁几率的描述, 对稀土区双奇核的这一行为进行了讨论. 指出该现象的发生与νi13/2准中子转动顺排特性密切相关. B(M1)/B(E2)比值在接近第二带交叉(即BC准中子对顺排)的较高频率处的增强效果, 可以理解为主要来源于带交叉引起的波函数中混合四准粒子成分的结果. 通过对B(M1)/B(E2)比值的增强效果发生在较低频率处的分析, 对稀土区奇奇核πh11/2(×)νi13/2带角动量耦合图像有了进一步认识.
