The atomistic structures and chemical compositions of the films were investigated. It was found that during the formation process of LiBH(4), the intermediate compound Li(2)B(12)H(12) was formed. As the hydrogen pressure increased up to 70 Pa. the relative weight percent of LiBH(4) was over 70 wt.% even at ambient temperature. Combine with the theory of tribology, finally the regular of environmental factors′ influence on material wear behaviors is determined. The results show that the increase of load decreases wear resistance significantly, when the pressure reaches a certain extent, severe spalling occurs on the worn surface; the changes of speed result in the changes of size of abrasive debris, and then effect the wear behaviors, in the increasing process of speed, the wear rate increases firstly and then decreases; the rise of temperature causes changes in wear mechanism, bring forth oxidation film on the worn surface, which leads to significant improvement of the wear resistance of materials under high temperature compared to that under low temperature.","authors":[{"authorName":"ZHANG Jian","id":"9c70f63e-dcbb-4371-9e41-23dd71f12c8b","originalAuthorName":"ZHANG Jian"},{"authorName":"","id":"a52986a8-5cfe-410b-95c1-da21e867c2c0","originalAuthorName":""},{"authorName":"PENG Yan","id":"2b21863f-fb3b-4cbf-b5f4-485f37bd0fe1","originalAuthorName":"PENG Yan"},{"authorName":"","id":"0ec47658-604e-4d93-b32b-fbf7d1e3fc1f","originalAuthorName":""},{"authorName":"LIU Hong-min","id":"ccab3351-0f3b-4d0a-b758-d7e9a47bc01a","originalAuthorName":"LIU Hong-min"},{"authorName":"","id":"d13d682a-49b0-423c-a39c-d6706e57754f","originalAuthorName":""},{"authorName":"LIU Yun-fei","id":"4bbae36f-bd1c-4ec5-a1fc-2a6b3050a028","originalAuthorName":"LIU Yun-fei"}],"categoryName":"|","doi":"","fpage":"69","id":"e98fc045-b1bb-402a-bd34-e935e1cad8b0","issue":"4","journal":{"abbrevTitle":"GTYJXBYWB","coverImgSrc":"journal/img/cover/GTYJXBEN.jpg","id":"1","issnPpub":"1006-706X","publisherId":"GTYJXBYWB","title":"钢铁研究学报(英文版)"},"keywords":[{"id":"874179da-da45-45ac-b708-e93522d4bc68","keyword":"Key words: ZG42CrMo ","originalKeyword":"Key words: ZG42CrMo "},{"id":"4532c9bf-7800-4905-9e79-88e5c8978fd7","keyword":" wear resistance ","originalKeyword":" wear resistance "},{"id":"3a32794d-a6bd-470f-92b9-ccd1d6e1031f","keyword":" normal load ","originalKeyword":" normal load "},{"id":"90549750-49b9-40a3-96fe-ef316a799daf","keyword":" sliding speed ","originalKeyword":" sliding speed "},{"id":"3ff60cfa-e2e6-46bc-8ec2-c9142e8b760f","keyword":" ambient temperature","originalKeyword":" ambient temperature"}],"language":"en","publisherId":"1006-706X_2012_4_12","title":"Influence of Normal Load, Sliding Speed and Ambient Temperature on Wear Resistance of ZG42CrMo","volume":"19","year":"2012"},{"abstractinfo":"An investigation has been made of the fatigue and fracture behavior of an Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr 8090-T6 alloy at room (300 K) and liquid nitrogen (77 K) temperatures. The fatigue and fracture strengths, as well as ductility of the alloy, have been found to increase with decreasing temperature. The observations by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveal that the changes in fatigue and fracture behavior with temperature are considered to be associated with the change in the deformation and fracture modes. It has been found that the occurrence of the localized shear deformation bands in which the hard precipitates are sheared by moving dislocations is responsible for the reduction of fatigue and fracture strengths as well as ductility of the alloy at room temperature. However, the improvement of both strength and ductility of the alloy at liquid nitrogen temperature might be attributed to the deeper and larger delamination that occurred on the fracture surface.","authors":[],"categoryName":"|","doi":"","fpage":"723","id":"b76309d1-e226-4cb8-9fa4-ef24c46fb521","issue":"3","journal":{"abbrevTitle":"MTAMAMS","id":"0d889947-3fed-4af3-a5ad-0aa23c7f4024","issnPpub":"0360-2133","publisherId":"MTAMAMS","title":"Metallurgical Transactions a-Physical Metallurgy and Materials Science"},"keywords":[{"id":"820e5299-feba-4302-b714-57003d84f067","keyword":"al-li alloys;x alloys;toughness;2090-t8e41;deformation","originalKeyword":"al-li alloys;x alloys;toughness;2090-t8e41;deformation"}],"language":"en","publisherId":"0360-2133_1991_3_1","title":"FATIGUE AND FRACTURE-BEHAVIOR OF AN ALUMINUM-LITHIUM ALLOY-8090-T6 AT AMBIENT AND CRYOGENIC TEMPERATURE","volume":"22","year":"1991"},{"abstractinfo":"The oxidation characteristics for Zircaloy-4 and Zirlo in the temperature range of 700−1200°C under steam supply condition were investigated by using a modified thermo-gravimetric analyzer. The weight gain rates of Zirlo were lower than those of Zircaloy-4, leading to the low rate constants. The specimens were cyclically deformed with fully-reversed loading under plastic-strain amplitudes. The test results showed that the cyclic stress response characteristics of the composite and the 2024Al alloy were similar to each other in spite of changing the test temperature. The composite and its unreinforced counterpart generally exhibited cyclic hardening at 22 degrees C and cyclic softening at 190 degrees C. Increase in low-cycle fatigue resistance for both the composite and the aluminium alloy was observed as the test temperature rose from 22 to 190 degrees C. For a given temperature the low-cycle fatigue endurance of the composite was lower than that of the unreinforced matrix alloy in the high and middle strain regions, however, at low strains the difference in fatigue endurance between the composite and the aluminum alloy decreased. The mechanism of strain in the composite, i.e. the strain in the composite was nearly completely sustained in the soft matrix, and the strain concentration adjacent to the reinforcement were two important factors that led to the shorter strain-fatigue life for the composite.
