采用固相法制备了Sr10P6O24Cl2∶Eu2+荧光粉,确定了适用于Sr10P6O24Cl2∶Eu2+荧光粉制备的方法及工艺条件,并利用XRD、激发光谱和发射光谱等方法分析表征样品的结构和光学性能.研究了Eu2在基质中所占的格位以及Eu2+浓度对样品发光强度的影响.实验结果表明,原料在900~1100℃下烧结4h,制得了能够发射较好蓝光的Sr10P6O24Cl2∶Eu2+荧光粉.
