用SEM,XRD和TEM研究SiCw/LD2复合材料干滑动摩擦磨损规律及组织结构的变化,结果表明:随正向载荷和滑动速度增加.材料表面发生从轻微磨损(轻微氧化磨损和高温氧化磨损)向严重磨损(磨粒磨损和粘着脱层)直至咬合的转化.试样表层出现沿滑动方向的塑性流变,SiCw沿滑动方向重新排列,表面层形成β-Al2O3,亚表层晶块及晶须破碎,裂纹在界面处形成并向基体扩展.
