用熔融插层法制备聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)/丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯三元共聚物(ASA)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)复合材料,研究了OMMT对PTT/ASA体系相形态、结晶性能、流变性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明,OMMT主要以剥离态分布在PTT基体相和界面处,使ASA分散相的尺寸变小,体系的弹性模量和复数黏度得到提高;同时,OMMT是异相成核剂,使体系结晶峰向高温偏移;依据Palieme和Gramspacher-Meissner模型评估,发现OMMT可增大聚合物的界面模量和界面层厚度,在适量范围内使体系的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度有所提高.
