用熔融共混法制备了PP/T-ZnOw和PP/K2Ti4O9两种复合材料,通过差示扫描量热(DSC)测试和偏光显微镜(POM)观察研究了不同含量的PP/T-ZnOw和PP/K2Ti4O9复合材料的结晶行为,并对其进行了对比.结果表明,TZnOw对聚丙烯(PP)没有异相成核作用,K2Ti4O9晶须有明显的并相成核作用,T-ZnOw的加入使得PP的结晶温度Tc和熔融温度Tm向低温方向偏移,而K2Ti4O9却仅使PP的Tc向高温方向偏移.两种晶须都没有诱导PP产生新的晶型.力学性能测试表明低含量下,两种晶须对PP都有增强增韧作用,但效果各不相同.
