以漂珠(FACs)为基体,采用化学镀法制得FACs/Ni-Fe-P复合粉体.分别采用扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱仪、矢量网络分析仪等研究了FACs/Ni-Fe-P复合材料的微观形貌、组成、电磁特性和吸波性能.结果表明,镀覆后漂珠表面形成了均匀致密的Ni-Fe-P合金镀层.从[Ni2+]∶[Fe2+]为1∶1的镀液中制得的FACs/Ni-Fe-P复合粉体在2~ 18 GHz范围内具有较好的介电损耗和磁损耗性能.以FACs/Ni-Fe-P复合粉体为吸收剂的吸波材料厚度为1.5 mm时,其在15.1 GHz处的反射损耗峰值为-31.28 dB,反射损耗小于-20 dB的带宽为1.9 GHz.
