采用热模拟技术、显微分析方法和力学性能测试等手段,研究了X100管线钢在延迟加速冷却工艺条件下的组织与性能的变化规律.结果表明,通过初始冷却温度为620℃的延迟加速冷却,试验钢X100的显微组织为复相(BF+GF),具有优良的强韧特性.在延迟加速冷却过程中,随初始冷却温度的降低,BF的体积分数减小,导致材料强韧性降低.
The influence of delay accelerated cooling process in a X100 pipeline steel is investigated by means of thermal simulation technique,microscopic analysis method and mechanical property testing.The results show that when the original cooling temperature is 620℃to delay accelerated cooling,the microstrueture of X100 trial steel is mainly made up of bainitie ferrit(BF)and granular ferrit(GF)which can bring excellent strength and toughness.In the delay accelerated cooling process,with the decrease of original cooling temperature,the strength and toughness of material decrease because of bainitic ferrit(BF)volume percent decreasing.
