采用熔融共混方法制备直接分散、一步法分散、二步法分散三种不同工艺的EVA/纳米Al2O3复合材料,并研究其力学性能,从中选取性能最佳的分散方式进一步表征纳米Al2O3在基体中的分散状态及结构.结果表明,三种复合体系的力学性能均得到提高,其中一步法复合体系在纳米Al2O3含量为1.5%时综合性能最佳,其拉伸强度与断裂伸长率分别提高了25.4%和12.1%.此外,Al2O3微粒是以20 nm左右的粒径分散于EVA基体中,并与EVA形成了化学键合结构.
