以间苯二胺(MPDA)和均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为反应单体,通过界面聚合方法成功在聚醚砜大孔基膜上形成复合层制备出纳滤膜。研究了单体浓度、界面聚合时间对复合膜性能的影响。通过红外光谱测试(ATR-FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合纳滤膜结构与形貌进行表征,证实了功能层的存在。制得的纳滤膜在压力2 MPa下复合层并没有出现塌陷现象,操作压力在1.0 MPa下,对2 g/L的Na2SO4溶液的脱盐率为90%左右,通量为5 L/(h.m2)左右。
Nanofiltration composite membrane was prepared by interfacial polymerization(IP) of m-phenylenediamine(MPDA) with trimesoyl chloride(TMC) on the surface of polyethersulfone(PES) support with big pores on the surface.The effects of monomers concentration,reaction time of IP on separation performance of composite membranes were investigated.The success of the conducted IP procedure and morphology of composite membranes was corroborated by FT-IR-ATR and SEM.Under the pressure 2.0 MPa,the composite membranes are not damaged.Under the operation pressure 1.0 MPa,the composite membranes exhibit rejection rate of 90% around with the concentration of Na2SO4 2g/L,well the flux of 5 L/(h·m2) around.
