喷印电子技术在印刷电子领域中有着广泛的应用,导电油墨是印刷电子产业的基础性原料,基于纳米银开发的导电墨水成为了研发的热点。针对纳米银的合成、导电油墨的制备和印后光子烧结技术进行了研究,并深入开展了基于喷印技术制备柔性电路的工作。
Inkjet printed electric circuit is widely used in the field of printed electronics. Conductive ink is the basic raw material of printed electronics industry, and nano silver based conductive inks has become the popular research topic. Large scale synthesis of nano-silver, preparation of conductive ink, post-print photonic sintering of nano-silver traces to fabricate flexible circuit are widely studied.
