采用不同升温速率,对作为质子交换膜材料使用的磺化聚芳醚酮砜(sPAEKS,磺化度为0.8)共聚物在不同气氛中进行了热重分析.研究表明,SPAEKS在空气中更容易完成高分子主链的完全断裂.分别用Kissinger和FIynn-Wall-Ozawa方法对SPAEKS中磺酸基团进行了降解动力学研究,得到其活化能E、指前因子A、反应级数n、相关系数r.发现在同种气氛条件下,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa方法所得的活化能比Kissinger方法求出的活化能略低;在空气气氛中求得的活化能要低于氮气气氛中的活化能.建立了SPAEKS在两种气氛中的寿命方程,为质子交换膜材料在具体使用温度下的使用寿命提供了理论依据.
