铸轧区金属(液态金属、 粘糊状金属和冷凝壳)的 流动为非均匀介质流动。 在铸轧区温度场分析的基础上, 推导了非均匀介质流动流 函数控制微分方程, 用有限元法求解该方程。 给出了太原铝厂双辊倾斜式铸轧机在稳定生 产条件下铸轧区金属的凝固传热和流动规律。

The flow of metal in cast-rolling area (liqui d metal, sticky metal and solid shell) is an uneven medium flow. By analyzing the temperature field in cast-rolling part, the controlled differen ti al equation of the flow function for an uneven medium flow was studied, and the eq uation was extracted with FEM. In a steady production of the twin-roller alumin u m cast-rolling machine in Taiyuan Aluminum Plant, the solidification transmit h eat and the flow of metal in cast-rolling part were analyzed.
