采用强酸型阳离子交换树脂在超声波辅助作用下制备了纳米纤维素晶体(NCC).采用场发射环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM-FEG)、场发射透射电子显微镜(HR-TEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、傅利叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和转子式流变仪对所制备NCC的形貌、谱学和流变学行为进行了研究.结果表明,所制备NCC为近球形,颗粒尺寸约为25nm~50nm,样品属于纤维素Ⅰ型,结晶度为84.26%,晶粒平均由6个晶胞组成.由FT-IR分析可知,NCC仍具有纤维素的基本化学结构.NCC胶体为剪切变稀的假塑性流体,随着温度的升高,其黏度逐渐减小,并最终趋于平缓,结果表明NCC胶体具有较好的稳定性.
