建立了碲共沉淀分离富集、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铜灰渣样品中微量元素金、铂、钯的方法。研究了影响测量的各种因素,确定了最佳测定条件。方法的检出限为:Au 5.6μg/L、Pd 8.2μg/L、Pt 3.6μg/L,回收率93.2%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为:1.21%(Au)~3.45%(Pd),方法测定结果与火试金法一致。方法准确、简便快速,易于掌握。
An analysis method for determination of gold, platinum and palladium in copper slag by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with tellurium co-precipitation separation and enrichment was developed. The factors affecting determination were investigated, and the optimal detection conditions were determined. The detection limits were 5.6 (Au) μg/L,8.2 (Pt) μg/L and 3.6 (Pd) μg/L, the recovery ratio was 93.2%~102%, the relative standard derivation (RSD) was 1.21%(Au)~3.45% (Pt). The determination results were in good agreement with fire assaying. The method was accurate, simple and fast, and easy to master.
