利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,采用Lagrange算法对双层药型罩聚能装药的成型过程进行数值模拟,并对其主要影响因素进行对比分析。结果表明:双层药型罩结构能够形成前后分离的串联EFP弹丸,当两个药型罩中间无夹层材料时,R/D=0.9(D为装药直径,R为曲率半径),K≥1(K为外、内罩壁厚比),串联EFP的成型效果最佳。在双层药型罩中间添加夹层材料后发现内外药型罩能够较快分离,但成型效果欠佳。
ANSYS/LS-DYNA software and Lagrange algorithm were used to simulate the formation of shaped charge with double liners,and the influence factors were analyzed. The results show that the double liners structure can form separate series EFP. When there is no sandwich material between two liners,R/D=0.9(D is charge diameter,R is radius of curvature),K≥1(K is the ratio of outer and inner liner thickness),the formation of series EFP is best. With sandwich material between two liners, outer and inner liner can realize separation,but forming effect is poor.
