在水热条件下,以异丙醇为诱导剂,制备出结晶良好的具有白钨矿结构的BiVO_4四方管状颗粒.采用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis DRS考察了BiVO_4颗粒的物相、形貌和光催化性能.结果表明,BiV_4微米管表现出明显的四方对称性.长约5~8/μn,管径约1/μn,管壁厚为100~150nm.并在可见光范围内表现出了优良的可见光催化活性.同时,探讨了异丙醇添加量和保温时间对BiCO_4物相和颗粒彤貌的影响,研究表明,当异丙醇添加量为20%、保温时间为1h时即可得到发育良好的BiV_4微米管.

Crystalline bismuth vanadate (BiVO_4) microtubes are synthesized under hydrothermal conditions with isopropanol as the organic inducer. The products are characterized by XRD、SEM and UV-Vis spectrophotome-ter. The results indicate that BiVO_4 microtubes have monoclinic structure, length is 5~8μm, diameter is about 1μm, pipe wall thickness is 100~150nm and exhibit higher photocatalytic activity in visible light irradiatioa The amount of isopropanol and time played a significant roles on the phase and morphology of BiVO_4 particles. The crystalline BiVO_4 microtubes can be synthesized by hydrothermal treated for lh with adding 20% isopropanol.
