在特定放电条件下利用射频磁控溅射法在聚酯基底上沉积了纳米级氟碳高分子膜,扫描电子显微镜实验显示,这是一种独特的粒子-孔双纳米网状无定型结构沉积膜.已用原子力显微镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱和傅立叶变换红外光谱表征了膜的结构,通过与三种其它条件下得到的微米或更大粒子构成的膜进行比较发现,构成双纳米结构膜的大分子的交联-枝化程度最低,分子量最小,其憎水性最强.
