以PS胶体晶体为模板,用溶胶-凝胶法制备高填充率的二氧化钛反蛋白石结构的光子晶体薄膜.通过SEM、XRD、光纤光谱仪和紫外分光光度计对薄膜的表面形貌、成分组成和光学性能进行了研究,证实了该薄膜的光子晶体结构和优良的光学性能.
