为了提高太阳能热发电中高温储热器的使用寿命,在310s不锈钢容器表面制备了3种防护涂层,研究了3种涂层的抗热震性能、力学性能和对相变储能材料Al-12.07%Si熔融液的耐蚀性能.结果表明,3种涂层抗热震性能好,与基体结合强度较高;在一定温度下具有较好的耐蚀性,有利于延长容器的使用寿命.

In order to extend the service life of high- temperature heat storage unit for solar thermal power generation, three kinds of protective coatings were prepared on the surface of the contain-er made of 310s stainless steel. The thermal shock resistance and mechanical properties of the protective coatings were evaluated,and their corrosion resistance in molten phase- transformable Al-12.07% Si for energy-storage was also examined. Results in-dicate that the three kinds of protective coatings have good ther-mal shock resistance and well adhered to the stainless steel sub-strate. The protective coatings had good corrosion resistance at a certain temperature and showed potential in extending the service life of the stainless steel container.
