以已有试验研究和细观本构框架为基础,在新发展的非线性随动硬化律中引入反映热恢复效应的修正项,得到了一个新的细观粘塑性循环本构模型;采用该模型对SiCP/6061Al复合材料在高温(300℃)下的时相关单轴拉伸和棘轮行为进行了模拟.结果表明:修正项的引入有效提高了模型对SiCP/6061Al复合材料高温单轴棘轮行为及其时间相关特性的预测能力.
