为了建立汽车尾气催化转化器冷启动过程温度场变化的数学模型,必须正确地选取对流换热系数关联式.本文选用三个典型的对流换热系数关联式,对无化学反应条件下催化剂载体的温升过程分别进行了数值模拟.同时建立实验台,测量不同工况下载体温升过程中温度场的变化.数值模拟与实验结果的对比表明,在催化转化器冷启动过程的不同阶段,应使用不同的对流换热系数关联式进行描述.
