采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热失重分析仪(TGA)研究了环氧沥青的固化行为,玻璃化转变和热稳定性,并与纯沥青进行了比较.DSC研究表明,环氧沥青的121℃等温固化反应属于自催化反应,自制的环氧沥青要比进口的环氧沥青固化速度快.经过环氧树脂固化后,沥青的玻璃化温度升高,在高温时出现的熔融峰消失.TGA结果表明,在热失重达到1%时,环氧沥青的热稳定性要高于纯沥青的热稳定性,并且自制环氧沥青的热稳定性要高于进口环氧沥青的热稳定性.
The cure behavior, thermal stability and glass transition behavior of epoxy asphalts were investigated by using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). DSC results show that during the isothermal cure reaction at 121 ℃ the cure reactions of epoxy asphalts are typically autocatalytic. The glass transition temperature (T_g) of the asphalt increases with the addition of epoxy resin. Furthermore, the fusion peak of the neat asphalt disappears after the crosslinking of epoxy. TGA results show that the thermal stability of epoxy asphalts is high than that of the neat asphalt at lower temperature. Furthermore, self-made epoxy asphalts have higher thermal stability than imported epoxy asphalts. The neat asphalt has highest char content at 688 ℃.
