研究了直接时效热处理条件下添加磷对IN718合金力学性能的影响.添加0.022%的磷可以使合金的持久寿命得到一定程度的提高,同时其塑性也有所改善.磷对合金拉伸强度的影响较小,但略微降低冲击韧性.对磷在合金中的分布及持久试验过程中磷的作用分别进行了讨论.
