电化学法制备纳米材料具有晶粒组分和组织可控性强、工艺灵活、可以在常温常压下操作等优点.就不同性能和结构的单金属纳米粒子(零维)、纳米线(一维)、纳米镀层(二维)的制备方法进行了评述,并对其目前存在的问题和发展前景进行了探讨和展望.
