通过激光熔覆在45#钢基体上获得了质量良好的单道和多道搭接的Ni60合金涂层.研究了搭接对激光熔覆Ni60合金涂层显微组织的影响.结果表明,单道熔覆涂层中M7C3型碳化物形貌为树枝状,尺寸较小;多道搭接涂层中M7C3型碳化物形貌为不规则的块状、针状、串珠状等,且尺寸粗大.
