以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为保护胶体,采用预乳化种子半连续乳液聚合工艺合成阳离子型聚丙烯酸酯乳液.探讨了不同乳化剂体系条件下,PVA种类及含量等因素对乳液聚合及乳液稳定性的影响,并对保护胶体的作用机理进行了分析.研究表明:采用m(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵CTAB)∶m(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚B9)∶m(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚B20)=2∶1∶1乳化体系、PVA-124为保护胶体的聚合体系,所制得阳离子丙烯酸酯乳液的粒径较小,乳液最稳定.
