采用复合材料补片胶接修复技术对含孔损伤复合材料层压板进行单面胶接修复.在修复过程中,重点考察了补片材料、补片设计及固化制度等因素对修复效果的影响.试验结果表明:经单面修复后,修复结构的静态力学性能得到了显著改善,最高恢复率为66.69%,而其刚度几乎不发生改变;同时,其修复温度低(66℃)、耗时短(固化时间1h),易于实现快速抢修.
