通过十八胺改性氮化硼纳米片制备了氮化硼/环氧树脂复合材料,并对氮化硼/环氧树脂复合材料的热性能进行了研究。结果表明:加入氮化硼纳米后,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度提高了20℃,当氮化硼含量为7%时,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度最高为223.5℃,热分解温度最高,耐热性能明显提高,储能模量从纯环氧树脂的1800 MPa增加到2700 MPa。随着氮化硼含量的增加,复合材料的热膨胀系数逐渐减小,导热系数逐渐增加,从纯环氧树脂的0.139 W/(m·K)提高到氮化硼含量为10%时的0.23 W/(m·K)。
A boron nitride/epoxy resin composite was prepared by blending epoxy resin and nano boron nitride(BN-ODA) modified by octadecylamine, and its thermal properties were studied. The results show that after the addition of BN-ODA, the glass transition temperature of the composite increases by 20℃. When the BN-ODA content is 7%, the glass transition temperature and thermal decomposition tempera-ture of the composite attain the maximum, with the maximum glass transition temperature of 223.5 ℃, and the storage modulus increases from 1 800 MPa of the pure epoxy resin to 2 700 MPa. With the in-crease of BN-ODA content, the coefficient of thermal expansion of the composite reduces, and the ther-mal conductivity increases from 0.139 W/(m·K) to 0.23 W/(m·K) of the 10% BN-ODA/epoxy resin com-posite.
