主要研究了碳团簇型材料吸收剂含量,颗粒形状对碳团簇/环氧树脂复合材料吸波性能的影响,并由此制得了在8.2~12.4GHz波段最大反射衰减为-27dB,反射率<-10dB的有效带宽为全波段的较高性能的复合吸波材料.材料总厚度为2mm,密度为1.16g/cm3.并采用电磁波理论对材料的吸波性能进行了探讨.
The effects of the amount and dimension of carbon cluster-like absorber on the composite material have been studied. As the result, the material with excellent microwave absorbing capability has been attained. The material with density of 1.16g/cm3 and thickness of 2 mm achieves maximum absorbing value of -27dB, and the minimum value of -10dB over the whole frequency ranges of 8.2~12.4GHz. The absorbing mechanism is discussed using the electromagnetic wave theory.
