带钢冷连轧过程中,板形板厚控制存在着很强的耦合关系,相互影响对方的调节效果,甚至引起系统不稳定。对轧制过程中影响板形板厚的各控制因素进行了系统的理论分析,建立了板形(平坦度、凸度)板厚耦合模型,并在对2组耦合模型进行系统分析的基础上分别进行解耦设计,以某厂1 720mm五机架冷连轧机的实际参数,采用Matlab/Simulink工具进行的仿真分析,证明平坦度与板厚解耦设计可有效提高板形板厚的控制精度。
Shape and gauge control had close relation in tandem cold rolling process, which leaded to the reduction of performance or even the instability of the control system. The profile-gauge coupling model and flatness-gauge coupling model was established based on systematic and theoretical analysis of the elements affecting shape and guage, then the complex decoupling design was completed based on systematic analysis of the two groups. After the simulation by Matlab/Simulink based on the parameter of one 6-high five stand continuous tandem cold mill, the flatness gauge complex decoupling design approved good ability of improving the accuracy of shape and gauge.
