随着超导技术的飞速发展,超导装置运行过程中极低温测量技术成为一个重要的研究课题.国际上发展了许多特殊的温度测量方法,以精确测量绝对零度附近mK甚至μK量级的温度,同时对于需要具有较大温度变化范围的温度测量,例如从室温到绝对零度附近的温度测量也开发出了性能优越的温度计.在超导托卡马克核聚变实验装置的设计运行过程中,美国Lakeshore公司设计生产的CERNOX温度计得到了广泛的运用.不同型号的CERNOX温度计具有不同的特性及安装工艺,本文描述了常用的CERNOX CX-SD温度计的安装工艺以测量到准确的低温温度,保证超导实验装置的安全运行及为实验分析提供温度参数数据.

With the rapid development of superconducting technology,cryogenic temperature measurement method is one of the important research field.A number of special methods of cryogenic temperature measurement have been developed to measure the temperature around absolute zero point with the mK even μK magnitude temperature precision.Special temperature sensor was developed to measure the large temperature range such as from room temperature to cryogenic temperature near absolute zero point.During the operation of superconducting TOKAMAK and other superconducting devices,CERNOX temperature sensor which is made by Lakeshore corporation has been widely used.Different temperature sensor has different characteristics and assembly techniques.In this paper,assembly method of CERNOX CX-SD temperature sensor which is recommended for its flexibility in mounting was presented.
