通过浸泡试验以及动电位循环极化曲线,测定了掺杂微量稀土Er的中高镁含量铝合金5083和5A06热轧态以及350℃1 h退火态的耐剥落和耐晶间腐蚀性能及电化学性能,运用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱分析仪(EDS),对合金不同状态下的腐蚀形貌以及微观组织进行了表征,同时结合透射电子显微镜(TEM)及能谱分析等方法对合金的微观结构进行了分析.结果表明,两种成分合金的耐腐蚀性能均良好,在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀电流密度处于μA/cm2级别,微量Er没有显著影响合金的耐蚀性能,主合金元素Mg含量和存在形式为主要腐蚀影响因素,热处理工艺也是影响合金耐蚀性能的因素之一.
