采用热分解法在500℃制得Ru-Ti和Ir-Ta不同组合涂层的钛阳极,通过XRD和SEM测试手段分析阳极涂层的显微形貌和相组织.结果表明:Ti/Ir-Ta/Ru-Ti的涂层物相为IrO2和金红石结构的(Ti,Ru)O2、(Ru,Ti)O2;Ti/Ru-Ti/Ir-Ta的涂层除有上述物相之外,还有锐钛矿相;Ti/Ru-Ti-Ir-Ta的涂层物相为金红石结构的(Ti,Ru,Ir)O2和(Ir,Ti,Ru)O2;钽元素以非晶态形式存在:不同尺寸离子的协调分布有助于减小晶格畸变;涂层的显微形貌具有组织外延性生长特点,Ti/Ir-Ta/Ru-Ti阳极的形貌主要表现为蜂窝状,Ti/Ru-Ti/Ir-Ta和Ti/Ru-Ti/Ir-Ta阳极的形貌主要表现为泥裂状.
