以硫酸锌、氯化亚铁和草酸铵为原料,采用水热法和热分解法成功制备了ZnFe2O4纳米棒,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线能量色散分析谱仪(XEDS)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等测试手段对样品的化学成分、形貌、晶体结构和磁性能进行了表征.结果表明,制备的ZnFe2O4为结晶良好的单相尖晶石型结构,没有杂峰出现.样品形貌为一维纳米棒状结构,分散性良好.ZnFe2O4纳米棒直径约为200nm,长度约为1~2 μm,纳米棒由晶粒尺寸在15 ~ 20 nm范围内的ZnFe2O4单晶颗粒构成.ZnFe2O4纳米棒在室温下具有超顺磁特性.
