以金属硝酸盐和酒石酸为原料,用酒石酸络合溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ca3Co4O9粉体.分别用TG-DTA、XRD、FT-IR和SEM等手段对干凝胶的热分解过程和Ca3Co4O9的形成过程进行了研究.结果表明:硝酸根离子可以加速凝胶的热分解,在750℃煅烧2h即可得到平均粒径0.6μm的片状Ca3Co4O9粉体.
