水雾冷却具有冷却范围大、水量调节范围大、冷却均匀的特点.利用流体仿真软件FLUENT对高温平板纯水喷雾冷却进行了模拟计算.研究了射流出口高度、平板表面温度及喷嘴流最对换热系数的影响.模拟结果表明,随着喷射距离(200~500 mm)的减小,换热系数总体呈增加趋势;随着平板表面温度(1050~1200 K)的增加,换热系数总体呈减小趋势;随着射流流量或压力的增加,换热系数呈增加趋势.研究可为水雾冷却装置的设计及冷却工艺提供理论依据.
Water Spray cooling is characterized by wide cooling range,large water flux adj ustment and cooling uniformity.Water Spray cooling of the high temperature plat was numerically presented by using finite element coupiing software-FLUENT.The effects of surface-to-nozzle distance,surface temperature of plate and jet flux or jet pressure on water spray cooling heat transfer coefficient were analyzed.The numerical results show that on condition that other parameters remain constant,heat transfer coefficient increases totally with decrease of jet space(200-500 mm),decreases totally with increase of surface temperature(1050-1200 K)and increases totally withincrease of jet flux or jet pressure.This study can provide theoretical basis for the design of water spray coolingequipment and cooling process.
